From the original 10kW, 15kW gradually increased to 20kW, 30kW, 40kW, or even more power. At present, Infineon, Yonglian, Youyou Green Energy, and Dianwang Quick Charge have all mass-produced and used 40kW charging modules.
With the advent of the super fast charging era, the capacity upgrade, reliability and safety of charging modules are facing higher requirements. The medium and high voltage power device products on the market are gradually being promoted to update more demands and applications to meet the widespread popularity of charging modules. It is worth mentioning that the three unified standard charging modules of the State Grid, the unified module dimensions, the unified module installation interface, and the unified module communication protocol provide a better choice for charging pile system integrators and charging operators. The unified charging module is still the mainstream product of various enterprises. It is believed that with the rapid development of the industry, the further standardization of charging modules is expected to become a future trend.
